OKGamed Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

Welcome to OKGamed. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and OKGamed ("OKGamed", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the OKGamed website at okgamed.com and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By creating an account on OKGamed, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

OKGamed operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This licence authorises OKGamed to provide online gaming services to eligible players located within the Philippines. All operations are subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight and Philippine law.

To register and use OKGamed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines and is strictly enforced. OKGamed reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where the player is found to be underage.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registering and placing bets. OKGamed is licensed to serve the Philippine market and is not available to players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship may not register.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an OKGamed employee or affiliated company.
• You must not be self-excluded or under an active exclusion order from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

OKGamed employs age verification and identity verification procedures consistent with PAGCOR requirements. Providing false information during registration, including falsifying your age or identity, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) OKGamed account. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious violation of these Terms. OKGamed uses technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be closed and all associated funds and bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. OKGamed may require you to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) before processing withdrawals or at any point where identity verification is required by PAGCOR regulations.

• Your OKGamed account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify OKGamed immediately at support@okgamed.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• OKGamed will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent OKGamed.

All financial transactions on OKGamed are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). OKGamed does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees which are outside OKGamed's control.

Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the platform's cashier section at time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 for e-wallets; ₱500 for bank transfer
• Deposits are credited to your OKGamed wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.
• OKGamed reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first withdrawals or those exceeding standard thresholds set by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. OKGamed does not accept deposits from third parties and will not process withdrawals to accounts or e-wallets that are not registered in the verified account holder's name. Attempting to circumvent this requirement will result in account suspension and investigation.

OKGamed offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms that are stated at the time of offer. These general Terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly override them.

• Bonuses are credited to your OKGamed wallet as bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to real money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱25,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are listed on each promotion's detail page. Live casino games and sports bets typically contribute at 100%. Certain low-edge games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures – sometimes called "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" – is prohibited. OKGamed reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is determined.
• A maximum bet per spin or per game round of ₱200 applies while bonus funds are active. Bets above this threshold during an active bonus period may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days as stated per promotion). Unmet wagering requirements after expiry result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

OKGamed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The terms of a promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

OKGamed offers games across multiple categories including live casino table games, jackpot slots, bingo, roulette, and virtual sports. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play commences. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• All bets placed on OKGamed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement except in circumstances expressly governed by specific game rules (such as a cash-out feature on eligible sports bets).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed in the game interface. OKGamed reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Technical errors, system malfunctions, or connectivity issues may affect game outcomes. OKGamed uses independently certified RNG systems for digital games and professional live dealers for live casino games. Where a verified technical fault is confirmed to have materially affected a game outcome, OKGamed will investigate and may void the affected round and return the bet to the player's wallet.
• It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable and adequate internet connection. OKGamed is not liable for bets lost due to player-side connectivity issues.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all relevant winnings, and potential referral to PAGCOR.

Sports bets on OKGamed are subject to these general Terms plus the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Sports betting rules are available in the sportsbook section of the platform.

Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, FIBA, ONE Championship, UFC). OKGamed uses the official result at the end of the scheduled playing period unless otherwise specified in market-specific rules. Overtime, extra time, or penalty shootout results are included in "Full Time" market settlements only where specifically stated.

• Postponed events: If a match is postponed before it begins, all pre-game bets are voided and stakes returned in full. If a match is rescheduled, bets remain valid for 48 hours post the original start time unless the player requests a void.
• Abandoned events: If a match starts but is abandoned before completion, bets may be settled on the result at the time of abandonment if the official result is declared by the governing body, or voided if no result is declared. Live bets on already-completed periods are generally settled as normal.
• Void bets: Bet stakes are returned to your wallet in full. Void bets within a parlay are treated as if the selection did not exist; the parlay continues with the remaining legs.
• Live (in-game) betting: Live bets are placed on the understanding that data feeds and odds may have minor latency. OKGamed reserves the right to void a live bet if it was placed during a significant event (such as a goal or score change) that the system had not yet registered at the time of bet acceptance.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout across all sports markets on OKGamed is ₱5,000,000 unless a higher limit is agreed in writing for specific high-profile events. Parlay bets are subject to a maximum payout of ₱10,000,000.

OKGamed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Collusion with other players or manipulation of game outcomes
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse, including coordinated exploitation of promotional offers
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity as defined under Philippine AML law
• Multiple account registration
• Providing false identity or age information

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, OKGamed will communicate with the affected player within five (5) business days where legally permissible. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from rule-violating activity) will be returned to the player upon conclusion of the investigation if no violations are confirmed.

Disputes: If you believe OKGamed has made an error in settling a bet or transaction, contact our support team at support@okgamed.com within 14 days of the disputed event. OKGamed will review the complaint and respond within 5 business days. Disputes not raised within 14 days may be considered waived. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority.

You may close your OKGamed account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no pending withdrawal investigations are active.

All content on the OKGamed platform – including but not limited to the website design, interface, graphics, logos, game software, promotional materials, text, and trade marks – is owned by or licensed to OKGamed and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the OKGamed platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any OKGamed content without prior written permission
• Use OKGamed's brand name, logos, or trade marks in any external material without authorisation
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any OKGamed software
• Create derivative works based on OKGamed's proprietary materials

Third-party game software available on OKGamed remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to each provider's licence terms in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, OKGamed's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform – whether in contract, tort, or otherwise – is limited to the amount you deposited with OKGamed in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

OKGamed is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of expected winnings
• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or device failures outside OKGamed's direct control
• Any errors in information provided on the platform that are outside OKGamed's reasonable control, including but not limited to typographical errors in game descriptions or promotional text

Nothing in these Terms excludes OKGamed's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. OKGamed operates under a licence granted by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework and the applicable gaming laws of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of OKGamed that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes may also be available as an alternative recourse for regulatory matters.

You agree that Philippine law applies to your use of OKGamed regardless of your location within the Philippines at the time of play.

OKGamed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the OKGamed platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or Philippine law.

Your continued use of OKGamed after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using OKGamed and may close your account as described in Section 9. OKGamed will process withdrawal of your real-money balance in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of your closure request.
